A machining partner that answers engineering questions before quoting

What we do

We manufacture custom parts for customers who need them made correctly the first time: product development teams, machine builders, OEMs and equipment operators. The work covers 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC machining, CNC turning, sheet metal fabrication and finishing, from a single prototype to low-volume production.

The parts we are asked to make are usually the awkward ones — thin walls, tight datums, cosmetic surfaces, finishes that have to match between shipments, or geometry that cannot be reached in three axes. Those parts are decided at the planning stage, which is why an engineer reviews every RFQ before a price is issued.

How we work

Machining, sheet metal, finishing and inspection are planned as a single sequence. That avoids the usual failure mode of splitting a part across suppliers: a bend allowance agreed between one vendor and rejected by the next, or a coating that closes a thread because nobody owned the masking decision.

• One contact. Quotation, engineering questions and delivery documents come from the same team.
• Written quotations. Unit price, tooling (if any), lead time and shipping terms are confirmed in writing.
• Documented quality. Inspection plans, dimensional reports, material and finish certificates on request.
• Prototype-to-production continuity. The process that passes validation is the process that runs the batch.

What we need from you

A drawing or 3D model, the material, the quantity, and the finish. Anything else — a critical tolerance, a cosmetic surface, a documentation requirement — should be written down at the RFQ stage so it is priced and planned for, rather than discovered at inspection.

Languages and communication

We work in English and Chinese. Technical drawings, tolerance callouts and inspection reports are handled in English, and we will confirm our understanding of any ambiguous requirement in writing before production starts.
