WenCNC machines custom parts directly from your drawings. Work is quoted and scheduled around the features that matter — datums, fits and finishes — so a part that measures correctly at first article keeps measuring correctly across the batch.
Typical work includes housings and enclosures, brackets and mounting plates, manifolds and ported blocks, impellers and blades, shafts, bushings and fittings, heat sinks, and prototype parts for validation builds. Both metal and engineering plastics are machined in the same cell, using fixtures designed for the part rather than a generic vice.
Parts that combine turned features with milled detail are usually produced in two operations: turning for the rotational features, then milling for ports, flats and bolt patterns. Because both run in the same workshop, the datum transfer is controlled and the second operation is set up while the first one is still on the machine.
Machined parts can move straight into surface finishing — anodizing, powder coating, plating, polishing or painting — and then into assembly with hardware insertion, bonding or light mechanical assembly. See the individual process pages for capability detail.

Precision CNC milling for housings, plates, brackets and complex profiles in metal and plastic, from a single prototype to repeat production batches.

CNC turning for shafts, bushings, fittings, spacers and turned-to-milled parts with concentric tolerances held in a single setup.

Three-axis machining for prismatic parts — plates, brackets, covers and pockets — with the fastest cycle times and the most predictable cost.

Four-axis machining that adds rotary positioning to milling, so several faces of a part are cut in one setup with tighter alignment between them.

Simultaneous five-axis machining for impellers, blades, sculpted surfaces and complex parts that cannot be reached or finished accurately in three axes.

FAQ
STEP or IGES files plus a 2D drawing with tolerances, datums and surface callouts give the most accurate price. DXF and PDF drawings are enough to start a review.
Yes. We normally source material against your specification with mill certificates, and we can also machine customer-supplied stock when the batch requires it.
First article inspection reports and dimensional reports are available for any part. Tell us the critical features and we will build them into the inspection plan.

Next step
Upload your CAD files with the material, tolerance and finish requirements. Our engineers will review the part and reply with pricing and lead time.
