Finishing is where a mechanically correct part becomes a sellable one. We treat it as a controlled process — surface preparation, film build, colour and masking are specified per part, and appearance samples are approved before a batch runs.

What we need from you
Tell us the substrate, the finish specification, the colour reference and which surfaces are cosmetic or must stay conductive. If a mating feature has a final tolerance, give us the finished dimension and we will compensate during machining.

Frequently asked questions
Can you match a colour from a physical sample?
Yes. Send a sample or a RAL / Pantone reference. For anodizing and painting we produce a first-article sample for approval before the batch is processed.
Which finish should I choose for outdoor aluminium?
Anodizing or a properly primed powder coat both perform well outdoors. Anodizing keeps a metallic appearance; powder coating gives broader colour choice and thicker film build.
Does finishing change part dimensions?
Anodizing and plating add a small, predictable layer and can be dialled into the pre-finish dimensions. Tell us the final tolerance on mating features and we will machine to suit.
