Assembly is often the step that decides whether parts arrive useful. Delivered as a kit with the hardware already inserted, a fabricated part skips your incoming inspection queue and goes straight onto the line.
What we assemble
Enclosure shells with inserts and captive fasteners, panel-and-bracket kits, hinged doors and covers, masked sub-assemblies for coating, and mechanical modules that combine fabricated parts with machined components.
Sequence and control
The build order is agreed before the parts are made, because it determines when coating happens and which threads stay bare. Assemblies with torque or fit requirements get an agreed check at the end of the build, and parts are labelled and packed to protect the finish in transit.
