Questions about quoting
What information do you need to quote?
A drawing or 3D model, the material, the quantity and the finish. If a tolerance, surface or documentation requirement matters, say so — it is the difference between a quote that holds and one that changes after the order.
How quickly will I receive a quotation?
Most RFQs with clear drawings are quoted within 24 hours during working days. Complex assemblies, multi-part kits or parts needing tooling may take longer, and we will tell you when to expect the price.
Can you sign an NDA before I send drawings?
Yes. Send your NDA to us and we will return it signed before any files are shared. Uploaded drawings are held in private storage and used only for quotation and production.
Do you support prototypes and production batches?
Both. There is no minimum order quantity, and because prototypes are produced on the production process wherever possible, the validated part is the part you receive in the batch.
Which shipping terms do you use?
We quote EXW, FOB or DDP depending on your preference, with express couriers for prototypes and air or sea freight for larger batches. The shipping term is stated on every quotation.
