Every part is produced to a customer drawing with inspection and, where required, dimensional reporting.
Thermal performance depends on details that are easy to lose in manufacturing: fin thickness, fin spacing, and how flat the base is against the component.
Manufacturing notes
Fins are machined from solid, which allows geometry that extrusion cannot produce — varying fin heights, pockets for components, and mounting features integrated into the block. The base is machined for flatness because a base that rocks against the component is a base that does not conduct.
Anodizing is applied after masking the thermal contact faces when the interface must stay conductive.
