Every part is produced to a customer drawing with inspection and, where required, dimensional reporting.
Validation builds need a set of parts that fit together, not a set of parts that are individually perfect. Producing the whole set in one workshop is what keeps the tolerances consistent across different processes.
What was produced
Machined housings and brackets, turned spacers and bushings, fabricated panels, and finished parts in a mix of anodizing, painting and as-machined conditions — delivered as a labelled kit so the build could go straight ahead.
