Industrial Equipment manufacturing

Machine parts, frames, guards and replacement components for equipment builders and plant operators.

Equipment builders and plant operators need parts that fit the machine in front of them, often faster than a catalogue lead time allows.

Where we help most

Replacement of failed or worn components, prototype parts for machine builders, guards and safety panels, frames and brackets for line modifications, fixtures and tooling, and small batches of spares held for critical equipment.

Reverse engineering

When no drawing exists we measure the part, model it, and send the drawing for approval before machining. That step matters because measuring a worn part records the wear as well as the design, and we would rather discuss which dimensions to restore than discover it in the fit.

What this industry asks of a supplier

Uptime-first turnaround

A single broken part can stop a line. Send the drawing or even the broken part and we will quote a replacement quickly.

Reverse engineering

Where no drawing exists, we measure the existing part and produce a drawing for approval before machining.

Wear resistance

Wear surfaces can be hardened, plated or made from a harder grade where the original part failed prematurely.

Fabricated structures

Frames, guards, brackets and covers fabricated and welded to suit the machine envelope.

FAQ

Industrial Equipment — frequently asked questions

Can you make a replacement part without a drawing?

Yes. Send the worn or broken part and we will measure it, produce a drawing, and confirm the critical dimensions with you before machining a replacement.

Can you improve a part that keeps failing?

Often. Common fixes are a different material grade, a hardened or plated wear surface, a larger fillet radius, or a geometry change to remove a stress concentration. Tell us how the part fails and we will propose options.
